Refund and Returns Policy for Laver Retail:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Laver Retail. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 3 days of delivery.


To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team  with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item(s) do not meet these requirements.


Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that we do not refund shipping charges, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately  with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.


If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you will need to initiate a return once you receive your item(s).
